English Sterling Silver Ciborium Ref 7207
English solid sterling silver Ciborium, made in London in 1910 by the silversmith Frederick Dendy Wray.
The Ciborium is completely solid silver. Inside the bowl and lid are gilded. It bears the sterling silver hallmark and maker's mark.
The lid is surmounted with a decorative four-sided cross.
The stem and knop are round, leading to the circular base.
Overall Height to top of cross 20cm. Diameter of base 9cm; diameter of top of bowl 8cm. Overall weight 219g.
