Sterling Silver Gilt Chalice & Paten Ref 8454
Sterling Silver Gothic Chalice & Paten in solid sterling silver gilt.
Chalice & Paten supplied by Hayes & Finch of Birmingham.
Chalice and Paten are both hallmarked with English sterling silver hallmarks, and both bear the marks of Hayes & Finch.
The Chalice has decorative Calix in foliate work.
The hexagonal stem is finished with Celtic style decoration throughout. The circular central knop has further Celtic decorations to it.
The hexafoil petalled base is finished with more decoration, and each petal is set with a green stone.
The matching dish shaped Paten is in solid silver, gilded all over, with an engraved cross. It fits the Chalice well.
Chalice height 23cm. Base diameter 16cm. Diameter of top of cup 10cm. Diameter of Paten 14cm. Overall weight of Chalice & Paten 906g.
Complete with brand new lined, fitted carrying case.
